Fort Worth, Texas – Beverly Curtner Stewart joined her Lord and Savior on October 20, 2021 at the age of 92. Beverly was born in Fort Worth on September 19, 1929 to Ollie Sanford Curtner and Oswald LeMoyne Curtner.
Funeral service: Tuesday at 4 p.m. at Mount Olivet Cemetery.
After graduating from Paschal High School in 1947, she worked at the Mid Continent Oil Company, then at the Gulf Oil Corporation in the geological department. In the mid-1970s, Beverly was part owner and manager of the C&C Candy Company in Fort Worth.
Beverly was a housewife who loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, turquoise jewelry, antiques, painting, music, dancing, basketball and horses. She was the former owner of the Yellow Horse Ranch in Meeker, Colorado, where she hunted deer and elk.
She was a member of the Fort Worth District Ladies Dental Auxiliary and a member of Christ Chapel Bible Church.
Beverly was predeceased by her parents, Ollie and Oswald Curtner.

Beverly is survived by her son, Christopher Lee Stewart and his wife, Vicky; grandchildren, Waverlee Nicole Williams and husband, Jimmy and Brandon Curtner Stewart and wife, Audrey; great-grandchildren, James Williams IV, Hunter Williams, Cameron Stewart, Madelyn Stewart and Shepard Stewart; niece and nephew, Tommy Stewart and wife, Ann and Kelly Suarez and husband, Jimmy; cousins, Kathy Fowler, Wendell Helms, Bryan Fowler and his wife, Holly, Andrew Fowler, Lloyd Gosney and his wife, Pat and Holly Robertson and her husband, David.
