October 30, 5-7 p.m.

The West Geauga Recreation Council (WGRC) is having its first annual Trick or Treat Street at the WGRC Campgrounds, 8611 Cedar Road, Chester Township, next to the middle school parking lot.

The goal is to create an event that gives Chesterland families a place to cheat or deal in the community rather than having to travel to a nearby community with sidewalks and houses closer together.

Local businesses and residents can register for a six-foot location to decorate and distribute candy. Each resident and business that signs up will receive a sign indicating who they are.

To register and distribute candy, visit wgrc.org/volunteer or send an email to [email protected] before October 22. The event is free for everyone.
